How are your products 100% legal?
All of our products listed on our marketplace are hemp-derived, and are 100% legal to buy. Each product strictly adheres to the regulatory framework established by the 2018 Farm Bill. This legislation mandates that hemp-derived products must contain less than 0.3% THC, the psychoactive compound found in cannabis. Our listed products and brands must adhere, and be validated by extensive third-party testing, confirming both the legality and safety of the products we offer.
Are your products third party tested?
Yes, all of the products we offer are validated by extensive third-party testing, which is conducted using accurately calibrated equipment and methodology in federally compliant labs. Please visit our Lab Reports Hub for a list of product COAs (Certificate of Analysis).
Will your products show up on a drug test?
Use of our consumable products (edibles, vapes, flower, beverages, pre-rolls) may result in a positive drug test result.
The duration THC stays in the body will vary from person to person. For occasional use, it’s detectable in urine for three to five days and in blood for two to three days. Regular use might show up in urine for two weeks or more. Heavy and prolonged use can be detectable for a month or more in urine.
Factors like metabolism, body fat, and the method of consumption play a role in how long THC is detectable in the body. Also, different tests (urine, blood, hair) have different detection windows. Remember, metabolites can linger even if THC isn’t detected.

What is Delta-8?
Delta-8 THC, (Delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol) is a minor chemical compound (cannabinoid) found in cannabis plants, that is chemically similar to Delta-9 THC, the compound primarily responsible for the psychoactive effects of marijuana. However, Delta-8 THC has a slightly different molecular structure, which results in less potent psychoactive effects. Due to its milder impact, Delta-8 THC has gained popularity and can be found in many stores and dispensaries.
What is HHCP?
HHCP is a strong type of THC made from hemp. It works well with the body’s system that responds to cannabis, possibly giving stronger effects. It’s new to the cannabis world and is getting popular because it’s a bit different and might have special benefits.
What is THCa?
THCa, short for Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a non-psychoactive compound found in raw and live cannabis. As the precursor to THC, THCa converts to Delta-9 THC when exposed to heat through a process known as decarboxylation.

Do your products require a signature upon delivery?
All orders containing vapes require a signature when they’re delivered. This change happened because of an update to a law called the PACT Act in 2021. The law states that any device giving you nicotine or flavors through a vapor must be signed for by an adult when delivered.
If you’re not home to sign for your package, the post office will leave a note saying they tried to deliver it. You can then take that note to the post office to retrieve your package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, which are processed through our secure and encrypted payment link.
Note: With increased security measures banks and credit card companies are taking, you may be prompted with an email or text from your bank to approve the purchase after you submit your payment information.
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard flat rate shipping for all orders under $99. All orders over $99 receive free shipping.
Orders usually ship within 2-7 days once placed, and arrive within 5-7 business days from the time it is shipped. Orders placed around the holidays may incur longer shipping times due to the volume of packages shipping providers handle.
We work with multiple brands and multiple dropshippers to get your product as quickly and efficiently as possible. You may receive order updates with multiple tracking numbers. If this is the case, some of your products are shipping directly from our network of dropshippers.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation is not possible as we process your order for shipment. Please review your order carefully before confirming to ensure it meets your needs.
To cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected], including your name and order number, with a request to cancel. If we receive your cancellation request within the 6-hour window, we will honor it and initiate a full refund, which may take 48-72 hours to reflect in your account.
What if my order does not arrive?
If you do not receive your order within 2-weeks, after your order has been shipped, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can resolve the issue. Our team will find out why your package has not arrived and if necessary we will resend your order. We do not issue refunds for orders that do not arrive. Please See our Return Policy.
